At Woolroom, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your wool bedding or home accessories, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
